Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.

• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost will be charged.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure or no-shows: 100% of total tour cost will be charged.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.
