• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may be subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other factors beyond our control.

• Please review the package inclusions and exclusions before booking to avoid any misunderstandings during your trip.

• We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

• Dubai City Tour, Sharjah City Tour, and Abu Dhabi City Tour are not recommended on Friday mornings as major highlights remain closed.

• Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents for the duration of the trip.

• If you have any medical conditions or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

• Desert Safari is not suitable for guests with back problems, medical conditions, expectant mothers, or children under 3 years old.

• Rates are not valid during Eid, New Year, or major event periods.

• Requests such as bed preferences, adjoining rooms, or specific meal types will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Hotel check-in and check-out times may vary. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.

• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost will be charged.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure or no-shows: 100% of total tour cost will be charged.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.
